Android Emulator Launcher is a lightweight native Windows utility for developers who work with Android Virtual Devices. The launcher automatically discovers AVDs installed through the local Android SDK. Select a virtual device, choose Quick Boot or Cold Boot, and start it with a clear progress indicator and activity log. If an emulator is already running, the launcher prevents duplicate starts and provides a Stop Emulator action instead. The Android Emulator window is positioned within the upper-right work area of the current display, with its controls kept on screen. The launcher also disables the selected AVD skin before startup for a consistent emulator layout. The application follows the Windows light or dark app theme, supports Windows 10 and Windows 11, and contains no advertising, analytics, telemetry, accounts, or network communication. Requires Android Studio or the Android SDK Emulator to be installed separately. Android Emulator Launcher is an independent open-source project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.
