Caffeine Easy tells you when the caffeine in your system will drop under your sleep threshold, so the afternoon coffee is a choice you make with the numbers in front of you. Today answers in plain words, like "Clear by 10:40 PM" and "84 mg in your system". A timeline shows the day's caffeine rising with each drink and falling away through the evening, with your sleep threshold and bedtime marked. LOG A DRINK IN A SENTENCE Type "Latte 12 oz", "Espresso double" or "2 coffees at 9am", and Caffeine Easy works out the caffeine from typical amounts. Change the size, shots or time with a tap, or pick from a list of more than 30 drinks. Your usual drinks wait on Today, one tap to log again. KNOW WHEN YOU'LL BE CLEAR Caffeine Easy adds up what's left of every drink with a half-life model and finds when you'll be under your sleep threshold. Set your bedtime, your threshold (25 to 100 mg) and how quickly you clear caffeine. HISTORY Daily totals for the last two weeks, your 30-day average, your usual last drink, and how many nights you were under your threshold by bedtime. APPLE HEALTH Turn on Apple Health to save each drink as Dietary Caffeine, next to your sleep and other health data. Edit or delete a drink and Apple Health follows. Caffeine Easy only writes caffeine and never reads your health data. WIDGETS Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show when you'll be clear and how much is in your system, and keep themselves current through the day. YOUR LOOK Light, Graphite or Black, and eight accents. Your accent also sets the app icon. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No analytics. No tracking. Your drinks stay on your device. Caffeine Easy gives estimates from typical caffeine amounts and an average half-life. They aren't medical advice: caffeine affects people differently, and if you have questions about caffeine and your health, ask your doctor.
