Cuvel CTI is a local caller ID and customer management app for Windows. When a call arrives, it displays the caller's number in a pop-up so you can immediately view or record customer information. This app is a one-time purchase. All future app updates are available forever at no additional charge. Customer data is stored only on this PC. The app does not send customer or call data to an external server and does not communicate with an Internet server. Integration with a SIP phone takes place only within the same local network (LAN). Cuvel CTI supports compatible caller ID adapters connected through a COM port, such as the ALOHA ND6, and SIP phones that can call an Action URL when a call arrives. The adapter or phone must be configured separately. Compatibility depends on the device, telephone service, and network environment. Customer data is stored in a local JSON file. CSV import and export are available for backup and migration. The app does not record, transmit, or analyze call audio.
