Deo's LED Matrix Manager drives the LED Matrix input modules of the Framework Laptop 16 from the system tray. Draw on them, play animations or show live text, and let the app switch them off when you're not looking at the laptop screen. • Draw your own pictures with greyscale brushes, or start from the classic patterns • 16 animations that loop seamlessly, from digital rain and snowfall to a DNA helix, most of them reversible • Text that fits itself to the module: stacked, sideways or ticker, still or sliding, with live time, date, battery, CPU and RAM • Optional CRT look and old-TV power effects • One module or two: independent, mirrored, or one picture spanning both • The LEDs switch off when the lid closes or the laptop screen goes dark (great when docked), and come back when it returns • Each module keeps its own content, even after restarts and sleep • Light: it waits quietly in the tray, and simple scrolls run on the module itself, so the app barely wakes up • Starts with Windows straight to the tray; switch that in Settings > Apps > Startup No account, no ads, no data collection. Settings stay on your PC. Free and open source (MIT license). Not affiliated with or endorsed (at least not yet ;P) by Framework Computer Inc.
