FILE COMPATIBILITY Selected example formats from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA Family Finder and Living DNA have been tested. Genebox has been verified with an actual export. Compatibility depends on the export layout and markers present; not every vendor version is covered. VCF, BAM, FASTQ and PDF are not supported.
