Driving Hour Tracker is a learner driver logbook for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. One tap times each supervised practice drive, night hours are worked out from sunset along your route, every route goes on the map, and a tidy PDF report is always ready. NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS Open the app, type the learner's name and a first supervisor, and start your first drive. There's no sign-up, no verification code and nothing between you and the Start button. Your logbook lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud when you're signed in. EVERY DRIVE IS KEPT While you record, the drive is written to your iPhone every 30 seconds, even if the app closes. If the app ever closes mid-drive, the drive is recovered at the next launch, paused at its last saved time and flagged for you to check. Finishing saves straight away. There's no second save step to miss. NIGHT HOURS WORKED OUT FOR YOU Sunset and sunrise along your recorded route split every drive into day and night. Night is always shown inside the total, never on top of it, and you can edit the minutes on any drive. KNOWS WHEN YOU'RE DRIVING Turn on driving assistance and the app nudges you to record as you set off, then offers to finish once you park. Leave it and the drive is saved five minutes later, or keep recording. Detection is best effort and never ends a drive on its own. WATCH YOUR HOURS ADD UP Set your own total and night goals. The front page shows your hours and minutes against them, and what's left to go. EVERY ROUTE ON THE MAP See where each drive went, with the distance on every one. Routes stay in your logbook and are left out of reports. SIRI, CONTROL CENTER AND LIVE ACTIVITY Start, pause and finish drives hands-free, or ask Siri how many hours you have. A Control Center toggle starts and finishes drives, and a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows the timer and your goal. APPLE WATCH Pick your supervisor, then start, pause or finish from your wrist while your iPhone is nearby. Complications show your progress. INVITE YOUR SUPERVISOR Give a parent or supervisor a live copy of the logbook over iCloud, view only or able to add drives. Inviting is optional; a supervisor can also be just a name on your drives. REPORTS, BACKUP AND RESTORE Export a PDF of every drive with its date, times, night hours and supervisor, or a CSV spreadsheet to open in Numbers or Excel. Save a backup with everything, routes included, and restore it on any iPhone or iPad. Import a spreadsheet of drives you logged elsewhere. WORKS OFFLINE Recording, the timer, night estimates and the logbook all work without a connection. iCloud sync and sharing catch up when you're back online. YOUR GOALS, YOUR RULES Learner hour requirements differ by country and state, so the goals are yours to set: 120 hours with 20 at night, 50 hours with 10 at night, or whatever your licensing authority asks for. The app's report is for the learner's own records. It doesn't replace an official logbook, app or form, so check what your licensing authority accepts before your test.
