Email Signature Generator

Your emails end with your name and nothing else. The person reading has no idea what you do, who you work for, or how to reach you. This app makes you a proper email signature in about a minute. Fill in your details, pick a design, copy, paste. No design skills. No code. No subscription. HOW IT WORKS 1. Type in your details. 2. Pick a design. Once your details are in, every preview shows your name in your colour. 3. Copy it, and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or whatever you use. WHAT YOU CAN PUT IN • 6 designs: Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold, Stacked, Editorial • Your brand colour, and 7 fonts that work in email • Name, pronouns, job title, company, tagline, email, phone, mobile, website, location • Your logo and your photo • 21 social links, including LinkedIn, Instagram, GitHub, WhatsApp and YouTube • Small print, for a confidentiality notice or the company details some countries ask for Your logo and photo need to be on the web already — a link, not a file from your Mac. Email can't carry a picture from your computer. PASTING IT IN IS WHERE PEOPLE GET STUCK Most people paste their signature and it still doesn't show up. One setting decides it, and it is easy to miss. So the app walks you through it: • A button that takes you straight to Gmail's settings, or opens Outlook or Apple Mail for you • Steps written for your email app, including that setting • Using a different email app? There is an "Other" tab with steps that fit any of them, including saving your signature as a file for the apps that want one • Coming back to change it later? You get different steps, so you replace your old signature instead of ending up with two • "Doesn't look right?" answers the six things that surprise people most SEE IT THE WAY THEY WILL • The preview updates as you type, shown at the end of an email • Switch between computer and phone, light and dark • See it with images blocked — that is how a lot of people will meet you first • Click any link to check it works • Most phone numbers are tap-to-call for anyone reading on a phone IT TELLS YOU WHEN THE OLD ONE IS STILL GOING OUT Changed your job title and forgot to paste the new one in? The app tells you your email app is still sending the old version, and puts a Copy Again button right there. IT CHECKS YOUR WORK FIRST A typo in your email or web address. A photo that will look stretched in Gmail and Outlook. An image link that will not load. A brand colour too pale to read — that one it fixes for you. AS MANY AS YOU NEED Work, personal, side business. Make as many as you like, duplicate one to make a variant in seconds, and switch between them anytime. They sync across your Macs with iCloud. SHORTCUTS AND VOICEOVER Designs ⌘1–⌘6. Copy ⌘C. New ⌘N. Duplicate ⌘D. Rename ⌘R. Export ⇧⌘E. VoiceOver labels throughout, and it speaks when you copy. Copying also puts a plain-text version on your clipboard, so Slack and Notes get readable text instead of code. PRO — ONE PAYMENT, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION • 4 more designs: Modern, Bold, Stacked and Editorial • AI Studio: tidy up your job title, suggest a tagline, or rewrite your tagline to be plainer, sharper or more formal. It will not invent a job title you have not given it, and it checks every suggestion for rank you did not claim. • It runs on your Mac. Nothing is sent anywhere. AI Studio needs Apple Intelligence and macOS 26. Everything else works on macOS 14 and later. Classic and Minimal are free, forever. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking. Every signature ends with a small "Powered by Email Signature Generator" line. It is how people find us, and it stays on free and Pro alike — you are welcome to delete it from your own signature after you copy it. Stop sending bare emails. Start making every message count.
