Gasper is the horror-native home for logging, ranking, and sharing everything that scares you. Every film you rank goes head to head against films you have already seen. Scarier, or less scary? Those quick comparisons place each film on a single scare score, so your ranking is built one matchup at a time. A film can terrify you without it being your favorite, so the scare score measures fear while hearting it indicates it's a favorite of yours, regardless of scariness. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Rank by comparison: one scare score per film, earned through head-to-head matchups - Build your horror grid: every horror film you have seen, ordered by scariness - Love it separately: the heart is its own mark, independent of the scare score - A film a day picked just for you: based on what you have ranked and from people who scare like you - Make lists: your top ten slashers, an October watch plan, anything worth gathering - Follow other horror fans and see what they are watching & ranking in your feed - Tag how a film felt: jump scares, slow burn, disturbing, rewatchable - Review what you watched: your take, shown on the film's page - Hide spoilers behind a tap, so nobody gets the ending before they are ready - See where your taste preferences land against the community - Open your Bloodwork: everything your rankings say about what actually frightens you Your scare scores stay hidden until you have ranked five films, so every number you see has enough matchups behind it to mean something.
