Grate lets you snap a picture of your ingredients and instantly get a recipe you can actually cook. No typing. No guessing. Just simple, fast recipes from what you already have. PHOTOS TO RECIPES The photo does not have to be from your fridge, it can be from your pantry, countertop, freezer or maybe even some items you find at the grocery store. We review them and generate the best recipes for you. We also recommend things that you may not necessarily have, but would go well with your recipes. ALLERGENS OR DIETARY PREFRENCES Any allergens or dietary preferences are always taken into account before generating the recipes. If you are gluten free, nut free, dairy free, etc. we will do our best to avoid generating any recipes that would contain recipes that are not within your preferences. Always double check each recipe. COOKBOOK All recipes are stored in your own personal, in-app, cookbook. The pages turn as if you are flipping through your own cookbook. The cookbook contains a table of contents, so you go right to a specific recipe rather than flipping through the pages. We made it even more interactive by allowing you to upload your own photos of your finished meals. Feel free to share the recipe with friends, it will look like your tore a page out of your book to help your friends discover your recipe. HOW TO 1.
