Hibi (日々) is about learning Japanese a little every day, without burning out. A gentle method that takes you from the very beginning all the way to your first real sentences. Nothing here is left to chance: vocabulary, kana and grammar move forward together, at a pace tuned to your memory. You review each word right on time, and grammar unlocks naturally as you learn your words. WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN HIBI ・ N5 vocabulary: over 1,100 words, with example sentences in context and kanji. ・ Spaced repetition: a system that brings each word back just before you forget it. ・ Native audio: the pronunciation of every word, its example sentence and the kana, by a Japanese voice. ・ Hiragana and katakana: both syllabaries in full, family by family, with guided finger tracing. ・ N5 grammar: 45 clear lessons, with animated intros followed by practice. ・ Stories: read your first texts in Japanese, the mist lifts as you progress. ・ Progress tracking: day streak, mastery rate, badges and a calendar. ・ Your progress follows you: sign in with Apple or Google, and Hibi adapts to iPhone Duo. A HABIT, NOT A CHORE Hibi is built for short, daily sessions. A few minutes a day are enough to make real progress. Kanji is always shown, so you get used to it from the start.
