Image2TTY

Image2TTY is a native macOS utility for developers who work with AI coding agents, terminals, SSH sessions, and text-first tools. Copy a screenshot or image, trigger Image2TTY, and paste a clean file path instead of a bulky image blob. Your AI agent, shell, editor, or remote workflow gets text it can actually use: a local path, a remote SSH/SCP path, or a self-contained shell upload script. Use it when you need to show Codex, Claude Code, terminal agents, or another development tool what you are seeing: UI bugs, browser states, terminal errors, charts, diagrams, design references, screenshots, and image files. Key features: - Paste clipboard screenshots as shell-safe local file paths. - Upload images over SSH/SCP and paste the remote path. - Generate a shell upload script for the current TTY or SSH session. - Configure remote profiles with username/password, SSH key files, ssh-agent, or OpenSSH config. - Store remote profile passwords in macOS Keychain. - Use menu bar access, a global hotkey, paste history, and cleanup controls. - Keep image handling local unless you explicitly choose a remote destination. Image2TTY is not a terminal emulator and does not inspect your terminal contents. It prepares the image file, creates the text your workflow needs, and inserts or copies that text into the focused app. Start with a 7-day trial. After the trial, unlock Image2TTY Pro once through the App Store.
