Launch requires a paid Launch+ subscription to use its alarm, wake-up mission, app-blocking, and activity-tracking features. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available through in-app purchase. When an alarm rings, Launch keeps going until you complete the mission you chose. Scan a barcode in another room, solve math problems, match a saved scene, walk a set number of steps, shake your phone, take a mirror selfie, or touch grass.
