Mahdara Quran is the mushaf of the Mahdara, the traditional Quranic school of Mauritania, the Sahara and the Sahel. It opens in Warsh from Nafi', the riwaya in which the Quran is memorised there, and also offers Qalun from Nafi' and Hafs from Asim. It carries the identity of the whole Mahdara community: its riwayat, its Maliki school, and its way of teaching. What makes it different • Each riwaya in its own text and font as published by the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex, checked before it is shown. • An original table that matches the Madani verse count of Warsh and Qalun to the Kufi count, so tafsir, translations and recitation land on the right verse in every riwaya. • A verse is recited only when the reciter's timing matches the riwaya you are reading, so students hear exactly the verse they chose. • Video lessons on purification, prayer, zakat and hajj in the Maliki school. • A full-screen mushaf with its own design: a colour for each riwaya, a bookmark for your reading place, and a verse panel on a long press. For every verse • Listen to the verse alone, or from there to the end of the sura, with the reciter you choose. • Thirteen books of tafsir, translations in many languages, and the reasons of revelation by al-Wahidi. • A beautiful verse card to share as an image or a PDF. Adhkar and duas • Morning, evening, sleep and after-prayer adhkar and the chapters of Hisn al-Muslim; touch a card to count. • Ruqyah, the Names of Allah, al-Nawawi's Forty Hadith and a tasbih counter. Prayer and qibla • Prayer times for your town with the calculation method you choose, and the Hijri date. • The qibla on a full-screen map, with the mosques near you. For every reader • A slider enlarges the writing of the whole app. Interface in Arabic, English and French. Free, no ads, no account. Contact: contact@qbytelab.com
