Hire without a recruiter. Or the agency fee. Moments is the hiring assistant for founders and scaleups without a recruiter. Describe the role in a sentence or paste a job link. Moments finds the people who fit, writes to them from your own mailbox or WhatsApp, and books the intro call in your calendar. You approve every first message. HOW IT WORKS 1. Describe the role. Moments turns a rough brief into a position with clear must-haves and a salary range. 2. Get people who fit. Moments searches its database and the web, checks each person against your must-haves and shows the evidence. It keeps searching wider until it finds real fits. 3. Approve who to contact. Shortlist the people you like. Moments writes a personal first message for each one, and you approve it before anything is sent. 4. Take the intro calls. Replies land in one inbox. When someone is interested, Moments offers times from your calendar and books the call. WHY FOUNDERS USE MOMENTS - No agency fee. Agencies charge 20 to 25% of a first-year salary for one hire. - Your own mailbox and WhatsApp. Messages come from you, so people reply to you. - Evidence, not guesses. Every candidate shows which must-haves are met and what is still unknown. - You stay in control. Nothing goes out without your approval. - Daily overview. Today shows who to review, who replied and which calls are booked. - Notifications for replies, booked calls and messages waiting for your approval. WORKS WITH Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, WhatsApp and LinkedIn profiles. PRICING Your first open position is free, no credit card needed.
