Vocabulary test on Friday? Scan the vocabulary page from the school book, and Nalo turns it into a study plan up to the test. Your child practises in short rounds that are fun, and you see how well the words have already stuck. ANY SCHOOL BOOK, IN SECONDS Scan the vocabulary page, several pages at once too, or from your photos. Nalo recognises the word, the translation and the example sentence, verb forms too, whatever the book. Whatever is uncertain, Nalo marks for a quick check. Words can be typed in as well. MADE FOR THE VOCABULARY TEST Choose which pages are on and when the test is. Nalo spreads the words over the days until then. Shortly before the test Nalo asks the way the real test does: asked in your child's own language, typed in the foreign language. PRACTICE THAT'S FUN Nalo guides your child playfully and builds on proven learning psychology: short rounds, spaced repetition, difficulty that rises step by step, and praise instead of pressure. Flashcard, multiple choice, typing: words that still trip your child up come back more often until they stick. A daily goal shows what's on today, and stars, levels and stickers make your child look forward to the next round. YOU SEE THE PROGRESS On your device you see for every test how many words have stuck, which ones still trip your child up and on which days they practised. You can set up tests yourself and send them to your child's device. For several children, and for two parents too. No leaderboards and no comparing siblings. FOR THESE LANGUAGES English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Latin and German. SAFE AND FREE No ads, no tracking, no in-app purchases, no account. Your data lives only on your devices and in your family's iCloud. Nalo also works on its own, for teenagers and adults who study vocabulary themselves.
