Some notifications can't afford to be missed. A silent banner is not enough when your glucose is dropping at 3 AM, your doorbell rings while you're asleep, your server goes down over the weekend, or your trade alert fires overnight. NotiAlarm turns those notifications into real alarms — looping sound and vibration that keep going until you dismiss them. HOW IT WORKS • Phone notifications — with iOS 27, pick the app and a one-time Shortcuts automation hands NotiAlarm its notifications: Messages from Mom, your bank, your doorbell, a game's raid alert. They ring right on your phone. • Direct connection — any service that can send a webhook or an email gets a private URL and email address from NotiAlarm. Fastest and most reliable, and most sources set themselves up inside the app. Either way, every alert rings your phone like an alarm clock, not a notification. WORKS WITH • Your iPhone — notifications from any app, Calendar events, and Alarm Clock alarms at the times you set • Health & Safety — heart rate monitors (Bluetooth straps and Apple Watch, via Apple Health), Nightscout CGM glucose alarms, medical alert buttons (Medical Guardian, LifeStation), IamResponding fire & EMS dispatch, Nixle local alerts • Home & Security — Ring, Home Assistant (SimpliSafe, Nest, Eufy and more), temperature monitors (MarCELL, Temp Stick), PumpSpy sump pumps, LoJack car tracking • Servers & DevOps — Grafana, Sentry, Healthchecks.io, UptimeRobot, GitHub, Datadog, Cloudflare, Uptime Kuma, Prometheus Alertmanager, Checkly • Trading & Markets — TradingView, TrendSpider, Polymarket (watched every minute), thinkorswim, Robinhood, Fidelity, E*TRADE, Coinbase, Cryptocurrency Alerting, DeFi liquidation alerts • Business & Payments — Stripe, bank alerts (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One), Zillow listing alerts • Anything else — email alerts, custom webhooks, PageCrawl page changes (campsites, appointments, restocks), and Broadcast: ring the people you share with, from your phone ALARMS, NOT NOTIFICATIONS • Built on iOS's own alarm system — rings through silent mode, Focus and Low Power Mode, even when the app is closed • Looping sound and vibration until YOU dismiss — no auto-timeout • Your own alarm sounds — upload audio or use a video's soundtrack • Dismissal challenges (math, pattern, sentence) so you're actually awake • Filters — ring only for the alerts you care about HEART RATE AND APPLE HEALTH NotiAlarm uses Apple Health (HealthKit) only to read your live heart rate from Apple Watch while a heart rate alarm is monitoring. Readings stay on your device and are never stored by us. BUILT FOR SHARING AND RELIABILITY • Share a source with one link — family or teammates tap it to join, and every phone rings at once • Missed-alarm review — anything that fired while your phone was off or in Quiet Hours waits for you • Dismiss once, quiet everywhere — dismiss on one device and your others stop ringing • One subscription for every device — Pro unlocks wherever you sign in • iPhone, iPad, widgets, Apple Watch and Mac controls Requires iOS 26.1 or later. Phone notifications require iOS 27. Free to start — connect your first source in two minutes.
