NuGet Package Search for Command Palette

NuGetPackageSearchExtension is an extension for the PowerToys Command Palette that enables searching for NuGet packages via a UI and provides the ability to copy the package reference, dotnet command, and NuGet package console command. PowerToys with Command Palette enabled is required for this extension to work correctly.
