PharmacyOS

PharmacyOS gives your Bangladeshi pharmacy a ready-made online store — yourname.pharmacyos.work, or your own domain — synced live with an offline-first counter POS, all run from one iPhone or iPad. YOUR ONLINE STORE, READY-MADE No web developer, no extra fees. Pick one of five storefront themes and the products you stock at the counter are instantly browsable online. Customers search your catalog, add to cart, upload a prescription photo, pay with bKash or Nagad, and track their order — on your pharmacy's own web address. Online orders land in the same system as your counter sales, against the same stock. COUNTER POS THAT NEVER STOPS Ring up a sale even with the internet unplugged. Sync happens in the background when connection returns. Loose-pack sales (3 tablets out of a strip), suspended carts, manager-PIN overrides — all built for speed at the counter. PRESCRIPTION RECORD-KEEPING, AUTOMATED NCD Class A/B/C drugs and antibiotics are recognized from the central DGDA-curated catalog. Every controlled or antibiotic dispense is recorded to inspector-ready registers (NCD, antibiotic per ARC Act 2023, Rx). Optional strict modes require a validated prescription before the sale completes. Expired-batch sales are always blocked — no override path. MUSHAK 6.3 RECEIPTS OUT OF THE BOX Sequential sale numbers per branch per fiscal year (July–June), itemized VAT, BIN + TIN + Asia/Dhaka timestamp. Monthly NBR-prescribed Mushak export in one tap. PAYMENTS Cash, bKash, Nagad and card — counter QR + trxID entry, merchant gateway credentials for higher-volume shops, monthly statement reconciliation. MULTI-BRANCH, SINGLE OWNER Each branch keeps its own license grade, hours and stock. Owners see roll-ups; staff see only what their role permits. BENGALI FIRST Toggle Bengali/English instantly; receipts print in proper Bengali Unicode; your online store speaks both languages too; Asia/Dhaka timestamps everywhere. WHAT IT IS NOT PharmacyOS is a tool. It does not provide medical advice and does not authorize prescriptions. The dispensing pharmacist remains legally responsible for every transaction under Bangladesh law.
