I made Phyziq because I wanted a workout log that feels like a game I actually want to open. Log your sets, reps and weight as you train. Keep your routines ready, follow a plan, and let the rest timer keep you on pace between sets. Every workout counts toward your character, your level and your streak. YOUR CHARACTER Build your own lifter: body, height, skin tone, hair and clothes. They stand in your garage gym on the Home screen and do real squats, bench presses and curls in My Gym. Workouts earn coins for new clothes and hairstyles in the Shop. YOUR CREW Start a crew with up to two friends. Your crew stands together in 3D on the Crew tab, and your latest crewmate trains next to you in the garage. Every workout you log scores points for the whole crew, and each season the crews race for the podium. YOUR STRENGTH RANK Your lifts give you a strength score from 0 to 1000, with ranks and divisions. Your rank badge shows next to your name, and your best lifts sit on your profile. RUNS, WALKS AND TIMERS Track runs and walks indoors or outside with a route map, race a pacer, and see live stats on your Lock Screen and Apple Watch. The interval timer does jump rope and boxing rounds. YOUR DATA Personal records, measurements and progress photos stay on your iPhone. Phyziq works with Apple Health, imports your history from Hevy, and exports everything. Crew needs a free account (Sign in with Apple or Google, or an anonymous one). FREE AND GYM PASS Phyziq never locks you out. Your first week has everything. After that you keep a free plan with 4 routines, 7 custom exercises and your last 3 months of history. The Gym Pass adds the Coach, unlimited routines, all of your history, and the premium gyms Physique Beach and Ironworks. Gym Pass is an optional subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and it renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use: https://www.foggoapps.com/phyziq/terms Privacy Policy: https://www.foggoapps.com/phyziq/privacy
