PQ Wallet for BTX

The first wallet built for BTX, and built for the machine that hasn't been built yet. Today's wallets lean on elliptic-curve signatures that a large enough quantum computer could one day forge. PQ Wallet signs every output with lattice and hash based signatures, ML-DSA and SLH-DSA over taproot-style P2MR, and generates your keys on your Mac. They never leave it. Self-custodial. Transparent BTX. No account, no email, no cloud. MANY WALLETS, ONE APP Keep as many wallets as you like and switch between them from the header: a daily wallet, savings, a mining payout address, one per project. Each is a separate key, listed with its own balance, and you rename or remove any of them at any time. Every wallet is protected on its own terms. Encrypt one with a passphrase, seal another with Touch ID, leave a throwaway open. The choice is per wallet, not per app, so locking down your savings costs you nothing in day to day convenience. SECURITY THAT IS THE PRODUCT, NOT A FEATURE Passphrase wallets are encrypted with Argon2id and AES-256-GCM. Recovery files are encrypted by default, and writing your master key to disk in plain text takes a deliberate second click after a warning. Backup screens show dots until you press Reveal. Repeated wrong passphrases pause unlocking with growing delays, so guessing at the lock screen is pointless. Auto-lock closes the wallet on a timer you set. The entire front-end is sha256-pinned, and a build-blocking check fails CI if an unsafe HTML or script sink is ever introduced. What ships is exactly what was reviewed. FAST, AND HONEST ABOUT IT Balances resolve immediately and refresh on demand. Normal and Priority fee presets read the live mempool, and on a clear network they stay low on purpose, because a higher fee cannot confirm faster. Sends retry automatically when antivirus or a VPN drops the connection. Test and regtest addresses decode to the same mainnet script, so the wallet refuses any address it cannot prove is mainnet. No test-looking address can quietly move real BTX. Coins drift onto your balance while a deposit confirms, then a chime the moment it is final. Receipts show the amount clearly, with your saved contact's name instead of a raw string. ONE-CLICK SIGN-IN FOR BTX APPS qID Connect is the WalletConnect of BTX, rebuilt post-quantum. When a site offers "Open in PQ Wallet for BTX", the wallet opens to a focused sign-in card: the site up top, one Sign button, and the exact request there to inspect. You choose which wallet signs. Only that one address is disclosed. Nothing signs automatically, a malformed request is refused, and a login proof can never move funds. No extension, no seed phrase pasted anywhere, no account. RELICS AND NFTS, VERIFIED BTX artifacts an address carries appear in their own tab, decoded from the chain, each with a quantum sigil drawn from its on-chain fingerprint. Artwork is verified, not trusted: every byte must hash to the commitment written on chain or nothing is shown. Prefer nothing fetched at all? Switch to sigil-only, or hide the tab. Send, Send-All and the recovery sweep hold your artifact coins back and fail closed on any coin they cannot verify. A relic can never be spent as an ordinary fee. YOURS TO SET Five colour themes, light, dark or follow the system, and two logos. Balance decimals and the chime are switches too. Money colours never change: received stays green, sent stays red. Read the chain from our node with automatic failover, or point it at your own. Label the addresses you send to and from, public addresses only, never keys. Export any wallet as a portable .btxwallet.json and import it back, fully offline through the native file dialog. Transparent btx1z funds only.
