PrimeMap - Discover places around you Discover over 2 million places worth visiting – castles, museums, hiking spots, Lost Places, GeoCaches. Free, no sign-up, updated regularly. PrimeMap shows you the places other map apps overlook. On one map, with photos, descriptions, and background info – the history right around you, not just the tourist hotspots. DISCOVER PLACES Over 2,000,000 points of interest worldwide. Filter by museums, castles, ruins, monuments, churches, Lost Places, and more. Each place has a detail page with description, photos, and background info. In dense city centers, POIs are automatically grouped into clusters – tap to zoom in and split them back into individual pins. Data is updated regularly. MAP & CONTROLS The map fills the entire screen. A single main button fans out, on hold, into a radial menu with eight actions: Location, List, Map Style, Add Place, Favorites, AR Mode, Refresh, Settings. Swipe direction selects – no precise tap needed. Main button position is freely configurable, including for left-handed users. Glass-style design with subtle animations and haptic feedback. AR VIEW Hold up your iPhone – the camera shows places in your surroundings as a live overlay, with direction and distance. Works outdoors with GPS and compass, no need to keep looking at the map. GEOCACHES Over 80,000 GeoCaches worldwide. Log your finds, read logbooks, submit your own caches – visible to all users. A built-in compass guides you the last meters to the hide. AT A GLANCE NEARBY Each place detail automatically shows what's around: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, hotels, pharmacies – each with distance. Plus over 5.5 million parking spots with cost and type info for the drive there. Navigation hands off to Apple Maps – right from the app. APPLE WATCH A standalone watchOS app that works without an iPhone nearby. Shows places within walking distance – on hikes, city walks, or while traveling. ADD YOUR OWN PLACES Know a place that's missing on the map? Submit it.
