Pro MTK Concierge is the staff app of the Pro MTK building-management platform. It is used by the people who run a residential building - not by the people who live in it. Residents use a separate app, "Pro MTK". Signing in opens the panel that matches the account's role: CONCIERGE - Scan and validate visitor QR passes at the entrance, with a full admission log - Record cash payments on behalf of a resident and issue a server-side receipt - Receive and act on SOS emergency calls raised from apartments - Work the complaint inbox: assign, comment, resolve - Publish building announcements - Open doors and call lifts from the access-control console BUILDING MANAGER - Per-apartment debtor management and collection tracking - Approve expense requests against the building budget - Building-level finance reports and occupancy figures - Manage the concierge team and their schedules HOA / MTK EXECUTIVE - Portfolio view across all buildings under management - Annual budget execution, income and expense reporting - Contract and tariff management - Concierge performance analytics Access is granted by the management company; the app cannot be used with a resident account. No resident features - invoice payment, guest-pass creation, community feed - exist in this app. Every action is written to an audit log.
