Same era, different realm. Whichever clan you start with, history takes a different path. Rewrite World - Sengoku Japan is a turn-based strategy simulation set in Japan's Sengoku period. Pick a turning point and a clan, then manage domestic affairs, command armies and conduct diplomacy. Each turn spans one month as you redraw the map of Japan. ■ FOUR TURNING POINTS Okehazama in 1560, the fall of the shogunate in 1573, the eve of Honnoji in 1582 and Sekigahara in 1600. Each scenario has its own clans, historical figures and goals. Replay the same scenario as a different clan to explore another path. ■ THE MAP IS YOUR CONTROL PANEL Tap a territory to manage its affairs and drag armies to move them. Plan a route to a distant target and your units advance each turn. Before a battle, check the expected strength and terrain modifiers, then commit to the march. ■ PEOPLE AND GOVERNANCE Appoint generals and governors, send envoys, and grow your domain through taxes, conscription, construction and research. Watch population, military strength and unrest to keep your clan in power. ■ SCENES OF THE ERA As the wars unfold, events rooted in each era bring new choices. Your decisions change relations and the course of the war. ■ DIPLOMACY BY CONVERSATION Negotiate alliances and treaties through conversations with other clans. AI generates the dialogue, but the game rules decide whether a deal is made. Eloquence alone won't win an alliance; relations and strength have to back it. ■ BEFORE YOU PLAY - A fictional simulation based on history. Territories, strength and character stats are approximations for the game and may differ from real history. - Diplomatic conversations need an internet connection, and the sentences you type are sent to an outside provider for AI processing. - Game progress is saved only on your device and cannot be continued on another device.
