Rise is the alarm clock you can't snooze. When your alarm rings, it won't stop until you prove you're out of bed. Do a set of push-ups or squats in front of the camera, or snap a photo of your freshly made bed — then the alarm turns off and your day begins. WHY IT WORKS Snoozing isn't a willpower problem. Right after you wake up, the part of your brain responsible for self-control is still groggy. Rise skips the negotiation: a few minutes of movement raises your heart rate and clears the fog, so going back to sleep stops being an option. WAKE-UP MISSIONS • Push-ups — the camera counts every rep for you • Squats — full-body reps, detected on your device • Make your bed — snap a photo of your bed before the alarm stops • Strict Mode — require full range of motion on every rep ALARMS THAT ACTUALLY RING • With alarm permission on, Rise rings even in Silent Mode • Repeat on the days you choose, or set a one-time alarm • One alarm is all you need — no more backup alarms BUILD THE HABIT • Daily streaks with up to 2 rest days a week • 16 milestone badges, from Early Riser to Legend • Write down your reason for waking up and sign your commitment • A cheerful goldfish mascot that celebrates every morning with you PRIVATE BY DESIGN Rep counting and the photo step happen on your iPhone. Camera frames are not uploaded. RISE PRO Free: one alarm with the push-up mission. Rise Pro unlocks unlimited alarms and every mission, including squats and make-your-bed.
