SCC HVAC Service Tool is a diagnostic and monitoring application for authorized HVAC technicians working with compatible GE and Haier MRV systems. SCC connects to supported cloud gateways and locally attached service adapters to display live system operating information, including temperatures, pressures, compressor activity, run states, alarms, and equipment status. Technicians can record service sessions, review synchronized playback, inspect trend graphs, and access authorized cloud recordings and gateways. Key features include live equipment monitoring, cloud gateway access, service-session recording, progressive playback of large recordings, synchronized timeline and trend navigation, graph zooming, and USB adapter detection.
