Speak English is a read-along game for children aged 3-8. HOW IT WORKS A little pixel town, one book house per English picture book. Walk in, listen to the example, then read the line out loud — get it right and the words turn green and the page turns. Finish a book and its house lights up, and Coco heads for the next one. WHY CHILDREN KEEP READING • Short sentences, big pictures, a real story: Coco the cat looks for a fish, makes friends, throws a birthday party, goes swimming… • Stuck on one word? It does not just keep failing: the example slows down, the word splits into beats, a few tries and the child is through • Right answers get a sound, finished books get a reward. No nagging, no penalties FOR PARENTS • The first few books are free and there are no ads; a membership unlocks every book, and you can play without signing in • Speech is recognized on the device — your child's voice is never uploaded and never stored • Parents can sign in with an Apple Account so progress follows you to a new phone; scoring can be set to strict, standard or easy • Example audio is read by native English-speaking children; voice and speed can be changed PERMISSIONS Microphone: used to hear your child read and tell whether it was read correctly.
