StarParty is built for Outreach Star Parties, whether you are planning one or participating in one. There are tools to help you plan a Star Party. There are tools to help you in answering questions that always get asked. Can't remember the current number of Moons of Saturn? It is there in the app. Where are the Galilean Moons? It is there too. How do the planets orbit Sol? There is an animation to help you demonstrate what it looks like. Want to know what Saturn's rings look like tonight? There! How about how they've changed since your birthday, or since Galileo first saw them? Set it up and watch it happen. What magnification is your scope at? Slide a slider and read it off for eyepieces from 5 mm to 80 mm. It is a tool. Have fun and enjoy it. StarParty is designed purposefully to reduce the light your device puts out into the night sky. Sometimes when you tap to close a menu, StarParty will close down to the main view. From there you are only one tap from the dimmest screen, other than black, that we can get. Most of the views are dark with orange text. It was done on purpose. Questions?
