When a thought won't let go, look at it again. It's late, and one thing someone said won't stop replaying. Sukki walks you through it with a CBT thought record, one simple question at a time, starting from the thought itself. HOW A SESSION WORKS • What are you overthinking? Write the thought the way it sounds in your head. • What were you doing when it started, and how does it feel? Name the moment and rate each feeling. • How true does it feel right now? Then one tap: did this already happen, or are you worried it will? • If it happened: what shows it's true, and what shows it might not be. • If it's a worry: how likely it really is, the worst, best and most likely outcome, and what you could do if it did happen. • Spot the thinking traps, like jumping to the worst or guessing what others think. • Write a truer way to say it. Not forced positivity, just fairer. Then rate the thought and your feelings again and see what shifted. IDEAS WRITTEN FROM YOUR THOUGHT You do the writing. There's no chatbot. Stuck on a step? Sukki suggests a few starting points built from what you wrote, so a sleep worry gets sleep ideas, not a script. Tap one, change it, make it yours. Sukki also marks the thinking traps your thought might fit, and you decide which ones are true. SOMETIMES THE WORRY IS REAL Sukki won't tell you to just think positive. For a worry, it asks what you could actually do, and keeps one small next step on your home screen. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your journal lives on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up. • Lock it with Face ID. • Export or delete everything whenever you like. • Ideas run on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence when they can. Otherwise they come from the Sukki Server, which doesn't keep what you write or use it for training. You can turn the server off in Settings. MADE FOR • Overthinking, spiralling and replaying conversations • A thought record for therapy, or on your own • Keeping up what you learned in therapy • Anyone curious to try a thought record Sukki is a self-help tool, not therapy or medical care, and it isn't for emergencies. If you're in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988). Why "Sukki"? It comes from the Japanese すっきり (sukkiri): the clear, light feeling after a weight lifts. Sukki offers paid features.
