TAJPM Driver is the app for drivers and monitors working with TAJPM’s scheduled school transportation service. Access your assigned trips, manage your shift, and stay connected with the operations team through an experience tailored to your role. FOR DRIVERS • Review, accept, and carry out assigned trips. • Follow turn-by-turn navigation through scheduled stops. • Record arrivals, passenger pickups, no-shows, and drop-offs. • Manage your profile, vehicle information, and required documents. • View earnings reports by month or custom date range, and export them as PDFs. • Receive dispatch notifications and access Operations Support. FOR MONITORS • View assigned trips and passenger accompaniment details. • Receive real-time updates as trips progress. • Start and end your shift. • Share your location with operations while on duty. • Receive dispatch notifications and manage your profile. SHIFT LOCATION SHARING Location sharing starts when you begin your shift and stops when you end it. During an active shift, the app uses location in the background to support dispatch, safety, and route coordination. ACCESS An approved TAJPM driver or monitor account is required for operational features. New users can submit an application from the app. Monitors who previously used TAJPM Connect can sign in to TAJPM Driver with their existing credentials and retain their profile and assignments. CarPlay integration lets drivers follow route guidance and manage supported stop and passenger actions from a compatible vehicle display.
