Temp Easy uses the published line for each: 100.4°F (38.0°C) rectal, ear or forehead, 100.0°F (37.8°C) oral, and 99.0°F (37.2°C) armpit. GUIDANCE BY AGE A baby under 3 months with any fever needs a doctor right away, and the advice changes as children grow.
