TSA ranks teachers and schools worldwide by their students' verified exam results. Every teacher and school gets a chess-style rating. Good grades in harder exams raise it; weaker grades lower it. 39 exam bodies — including WAEC, NECO, JAMB, Cambridge, IB and the SAT — are ranked by difficulty too, so an A in a tough exam counts for more.
