Working Hours & Clients is an hours ledger for one-person businesses. Tap a client to start the clock, tap again to stop. At the end of the month, open Month and every client's hours and amount are already there — no formulas, no adding up, nothing to reconcile by hand. WHAT IT DOES • One-tap timer per client. The app opens on Today, so tracking starts in two taps from a cold launch. A running timer survives a force-quit, a reboot and a flat battery, because what is saved is the moment you started, not a ticking counter. • Forgot to start it? Add the hours by hand in a few seconds. • Per-client rates, currencies and rounding. Bill to the second, or round up to the next 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. The rule is spelled out with a real example so you know what 37 minutes becomes. • Change a rate whenever you like. Hours already tracked keep the rate they were tracked at, so last month's total never moves under you. • Month totals per client: hours, amount, entry count. Computed from your entries every time you open the screen — never from a cached number that could drift. • Invoiced and paid, tracked per client per month. This is the column a spreadsheet never has: you can see at a glance which of last month's hours you have actually been paid for, and how long the money has been out. • Excel and PDF export whose totals equal the Month view exactly. Attach the PDF to an invoice. • Back up everything to a file you keep, and restore it on a new phone. • A Home Screen and Lock Screen widget with today's hours and the running timer. • Siri and Shortcuts. No analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking, no ads, no cloud: your hours and your clients' names never leave your phone. In airplane mode every feature that works on your ledger still works. Not invoicing, not accounting, not tax. It tells you the hours and the amount.
