XBY KASSA is a point-of-sale (POS) application for shops, markets and retail chains. It is the Windows cashier app of the XBY System platform. Keep selling without internet All sales are saved to an encrypted local database first and synchronized with the cloud automatically as soon as the connection is back. A lost connection never stops the checkout. Fast checkout Add items with a USB barcode scanner, by search or by category. Weight barcodes, product variants (size, color, flavor), discounts with manager approval, several open carts at once, and full or partial returns are supported. Flexible payments Accept cash, card, P2P transfer or sale on credit — or mix them in a single receipt. Online payments via Click, Payme and Uzum (QR code or link) are supported. Receipts and labels Print receipts on ESC/POS thermal printers or regular printers, or save them as PDF. Receipts can include your logo and a QR code. A built-in label designer prints price and barcode labels (Code128) from 30×20 to 100×60 mm. Back office Manage products, categories and attributes with ready-made presets for different store types. Track stock, goods receipts, inventory counts and transfers between branches. Manage customers, loyalty bonuses, debts, employees, roles, attendance and expenses. Reports Shifts with X-reports, sales history, statistics and reports with export to PDF and Excel. An audit log shows who did what and when. Security Employees sign in with a personal PIN. The local database is encrypted, and every action is recorded in the audit log. Languages: Uzbek, Russian and English. Light and dark themes. Requirements: an XBY System business account.
